Research Focus
Dr. David M. Wilson's lab at UCSF focuses on developing advanced imaging techniques to enhance our understanding and diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease and other conditions. They work on creating new PET imaging tracers that can help visualize changes in brain cells associated with Alzheimer’s, as well as tracers designed to detect bacterial infections more effectively.
