3AIM 01Identify the role of RNA:DNA hybrids in activating the interferon pathway in cancer cells and immune cells after radiation treatment.
AIM 02Explore the contribution of small extracellular vesicles to the radiation-induced activation of the interferon pathway.
AIM 03Investigate how natural killer cells facilitate the infiltration of dendritic cells in tumors that are not directly irradiated.
