Research Focus
Dr. Ravinder Regatte's lab at NYU focuses on improving the diagnosis of osteoarthritis through advanced MRI techniques. By developing a method called magnetic resonance fingerprinting (MRF), the lab aims to quickly and accurately assess knee joint health without the need for contrast agents. This work not only benefits patients by providing earlier diagnosis but also aims to enhance treatment strategies for osteoarthritis.
