Research Focus
Dr. Boris Prilutsky's lab focuses on understanding how the body controls movement, especially after spinal cord injuries (SCI). They study how spinal circuits can still help with locomotion, aiming to improve walking techniques for those affected by SCI. By examining both animal models and complex environments, the lab hopes to find new ways to enhance limb coordination and mobility for people with movement disorders.
